Reception and information
The reception and information desk is in the entrance hall of the ice rink. Someone will be available there to help teams who are staying in the group accommodation. This is also where you should hand in your licences and your music recordings. Please make sure that each music recording has been wound back to the beginning and that it is marked with the team name and the program.
Registration and payment
The office of the organization committee is on the first floor of the sports centre. All team leaders, judges, referees and members of the technical panel are to report there. They will be given the special badges for free access to the ice rink and to the dressing rooms.
Please pay all outstanding bills at this office, e.g. for overnight accommodation, meals, starting fees. This office is also where you obtain your vouchers for breakfast, supper and lunch.
Please report early to this office and allow sufficient time, so that no time is wasted in queues.
This office is also where you go if you have questions about the program and timings for the event.
Panel and judges
The panel and the judges are now located on the north side of the spectator area (the same side as the speaker).
Dressing rooms
Only five dressing rooms are available at the ice rink itself. They are used in rotation. Therefore other rooms, in the gymnasium section of the sports centre, must also be used. Never wear ice skates in the gymnasium section. Please obey any directions given to you by the staff.
Luggage rooms
A room is available for storing bags and cases. It will be kept locked. If you need the key, ask at the reception and information desk.
Awards ceremony
There is no opening ceremony. The awards ceremony takes place each day (Saturday and Sunday) immediately after the competition. All participants from that day are required to be on the ice. There is no printed plan; the teams are to line up on the ice behind the skater carrying their category board.
